Second release (1.0.0.6) of the alpha version of WebLOAD’s next generation reporting tool is now available for immediate download from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=189476 .
This release mostly contains fixes of issues raised on previous version.
It also includes a new sample templates.

We encourage everyone to download the alpha version and provide feedback.

PMD is a Java source code analyzer. Version 4.0rc1 is out the door with nine new code checking rules, tremendous XPath rule speedups, better memory usage, and a slew of bugfixes.

curl-loader is a powerful C-written HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, FTPS load generator, performance and stress testing tool. It uses real HTTP and TLS/SSL stacks, generating thousands of users each with own IP-address. Emphases is given to user authentication, login and statistics.

The new release increases curl-loader loading power on SMP/multi-core machines by sharing loading clients among several loading threads using command-line option: -t

The release also brings:

• important bugfixes
• GET with support of forms
• POST forms with up to 16 form-filled tokens for each client and url loaded from file
• configurable per url response statuses to be considered either success or errors.

OLVER Core 1.2 maintenance release has been published with source code revisited and cleaned up. We have extended the database of known errors discovered by the tests, which now contains more than a hundred detailed descriptions of mistmatches of various ditributions with LSB Core.

The alpha version of WebLOAD’s next generation reporting tool is now available for immediate download.

This powerful reporting and publishing tool is a complete revamp of the current WebLOAD reporter and is the first component of the next-generation WebLOAD to be based on the Eclipse Development Platform.

In conjunction with RadView’s product strategy to shorten time-to-market by integrating leading Open Source Components, the new reporter is based on the Eclipse RCP (Rich Client Platform) for client implementation, Jasper Reports for the report generation engine, and PostgreSQL for data storage.

Key features of the new WebLOAD Reporter:

• Report on load session results from the WebLOAD Console
• Create and run custom reports with compatible JasperReport design tools
• Embed various types of charts, graphs and images
• Manage and categorize report templates
• Support ad-hoc analysis with sorting and filtering
• Publish reports into PDF, CSV, HTML and RTF formats

The alpha version includes sample templates with basic load session analysis capabilities.

p-unit is an open source framework for unit testing and performance benchmarking. p-unit 0.10 has been released and includes a feature executor pool which accelerates the execution speed of your test suite.

MActor is an extensible tool for system integration testing.

It can facilitate tests of any XML-based integration regardless of the type of message transfer protocol used (HTTP, SOAP, file-system and IBM MQ series are currently supplied with the tool)
