HELP: remove typo username account

How can I delete my user account coz I realised I typed my username wrong during registration. I tried changing it but it won't let me. However I want to create a new user account, using the same email address ofcourse.....

What username would you like? I have admin privileges so can change it for you.

Actually I think the change worked! Maybe I got SQL error because the current & new password were the same...
