Please post suggestions for lint-like utilities. We are looking around for tools like this. Id also like to hear peoples stories about incorporating/enforcing use of such a tool into a development process and whether there were enough benefits gained to merit an official process change, etc.

Once I tested CodeWizard from Parasoft. A Lint like tool for C++.
    I wast satisfied by this.
-Tool is written in 3 prog. languages Java, C/C++, Phyton
-Installation procedure on Linux had failures
-During analyzing a 30.000 fines Programm, it consumed 2GB memory,
    and my PC “died”.
-The reported errors were trevial – not beyond a single line context.
-CodeWizard recognized Qt-code (trolltech.com) as buggy and bad styled
-A lot of bugs, it reports, can be found by compiler using high warning level.
